Low pressure, rusty water and shutoff valves that will not turn are how old supply lines announce themselves. We repair a section when that is enough, and we repipe when it is not.

Whole-home repiping, PEX or copper, water line repair, water service replacement, shutoff valves and low pressure. We use PEX or copper, and the quote says which and why. A single pinhole on otherwise sound copper is a repair. Galvanized that is closed down to a pencil is a repipe. The main shutoff and the pressure-reducing valve are part of that conversation, because a valve you cannot close is not a real shutoff. Active leaks are on the leak and pipe repair page.
A lot of houses between Everett and Seattle still have galvanized supply lines or cast iron drains. Galvanized closes from the inside, so every fixture gets weak at once. That is a different problem from one clogged aerator. We will open a fitting and show you the pipe before we recommend a whole-home job. Planning the hot water at the same time? See water heaters, or call (425) 426-6747.
What owners ask before they repipe a house.
Copper is rigid and familiar. PEX is faster through existing walls and handles a freeze better. We recommend one for your house and put the reason on the quote.
Not usually. We plan the runs to limit openings, and we tell you which ones before we cut. We do not promise a repipe with no drywall work.
No. A clogged aerator, a failing pressure-reducing valve or a partly closed stop can look the same. We check those before we talk about new pipe.
Yes. The shop is in Bothell, and we work across King and Snohomish Counties, including Lynnwood, Edmonds, Kenmore, Mill Creek, Everett, Mukilteo, Seattle, Bellevue and Shoreline. Call (425) 426-6747 to confirm your address. We do not open a local office in those cities.
