The yearly check covers this: toilets tested for silent leaks and flush, faucets checked for flow, visible supply lines inspected, under-sink piping checked for moisture, drains checked above and below the trap, washer hoses and valves checked, water heater checked for sediment, anode and safety controls, and time for your questions.
The lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers workmanship and labor performed by Rooster’s Plumbing. It does not cover parts, fixtures, equipment, manufacturer defects, pre-existing problems, drain cleaning, sewer work, water heater replacement, or damage from misuse, freezing, neglect, outside contractors or unrelated failures. Discounts, waived fees and scheduling priority depend on availability, the service area and the membership terms.
Membership does not mean every after-hours call is free. The membership terms are the $99 same-day fee and the overtime rule above. Ask us to confirm those terms before you join.
