This is the home city and the only shop. North Creek is the address on the truck and on the Google listing. Same-day visits are most realistic here because the drive starts in town.
Lynnwood sits just north of the shop, on the way toward Everett. Drains, heaters and repipes are the usual calls, same as Bothell.
Edmonds is west of us, toward the sound. Older houses there still turn up galvanized supply lines and cast iron drains. We will tell you if a repair will hold or if the line is done.
Kenmore is the next city south, between Bothell and Lake Washington. It is a short trip, and we treat it as part of the home area, not an out-of-town fee zone. The price is still quoted before work starts.
Mill Creek is east of Lynnwood and north of Bothell. A lot of the housing is newer than the bungalows closer to the lake, so the calls skew toward heaters, fixtures and the occasional builder-grade shutoff that has already failed.
Everett is the largest city to the north. The shop is about 25 minutes south of downtown Everett. Older Everett houses still have galvanized water lines and cast iron drains. We repair both, and we repipe with PEX or copper when the pipe is finished. We do not keep a shop in Everett.
Mukilteo is northwest of the shop, toward the ferry. Waterfront weather means more wet basements and more outdoor faucet calls in a cold snap. We cover it from Bothell.
We serve Seattle from the Bothell shop. We do not claim a Seattle office, a Seattle crew or a Seattle arrival time. If the address is farther than we can reach the same day, we will say so when you call.
Bellevue is on the route. The shop is still in Bothell. Bellevue calls are part of the King County route, quoted the same way as a Bothell call.
Shoreline is on the route from Bothell. There is no Shoreline office.
We also drive to Mountlake Terrace, Lake Forest Park, Snohomish, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Woodinville, Kirkland and Redmond. The route goes wider than that, across much of King and Snohomish Counties. Call and we will confirm the address.
