Toilets, faucets, garbage disposals and shower or tub fixtures. A running toilet is often a flapper or a fill valve. A faucet that drips from the spout is usually a cartridge. A disposal that tripped is not always a new disposal. We will tell you which one you have. If the leak is in the wall behind the valve, that is leak and pipe repair, not a trim swap.
A lot of fixture calls in this area are a $20 part and a half hour, and some are a valve that has seized into the wall. You should hear which one it is before anyone opens a box. We install the fixture you bought, or we supply one and put that price on the quote. Whole-home piping is a different job. See repiping and water lines, or call (425) 426-6747.
What homeowners ask about toilets, faucets and disposals.
Yes. Have it on site, and tell us the model when you book so we know if the supply lines or the rough-in need to change.
Usually a flapper that no longer seals, a fill valve, or a handle and chain that are out of adjustment. We do not replace the toilet for that unless the bowl or tank is damaged.
Yes. We also check the dishwasher connection and the trap. A disposal that backs up into the other sink is often a drain problem. See drain and sewer if more than the disposal is slow.
Yes. The shop is in Bothell, and we work across King and Snohomish Counties and Surrounding Areas, including Lynnwood, Edmonds, Kenmore, Mill Creek, Everett, Mukilteo, Seattle, Bellevue and Shoreline. Call (425) 426-6747 to confirm your address. We do not open a local office in those cities.
